On 24 November, Save the Children through FCF | REACT, in collaboration with national and sub-national government, held a handover ceremony for migrant children and families returning to Cambodia. The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Nim Thoth, Standing Secretary of State and HE Touch Channy, Director General of the Technical Department of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, and Provincial Governor to Banteay Meanchey and Battambang Provincial Halls.
The purpose of these materials is to support MoSVY to respond to the needs of children and families returning from Thailand staying in quarantine centers and treatment centers in border provinces.
