On 25th March, Family Care First | REACT convened our 19th Learning Summit (online) presided over by H.E. Toch Channy, Director General of Technical Affairs Directorate, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY). The 107 participants had the opportunity to receive updates and share knowledge to increase the percentage of children living in safe, nurturing family-based care. We want to thank MoSVY and participants who engaged, including donor USAID Cambodia.
