Phnom Penh, Wednesday, June 22th, 2022: Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation and Save the Children International held the MoU signing ceremony for Cooperation on FCF project implementation from 2022 to 2023. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Touch Channy, General Director of General Department of Technical Affairs and Ms. Bianca Collier, Interim Country Director of Save the Children International in Cambodia. Totally, 74 participants (31 Female) attended this important event, including officials from departments under General Department of Technical Affairs and representatives from 11 NGOs that also signed their MoU on the same date.
