On 26th October, 2020, Family Care First | REACT convened our Learning Summit (online and in person) presided over by H.E. Nim Thoth, Standing Secretary of State, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY). The 63 participants had the opportunity to receive updates and share knowledge to increase the percentage of children living in safe, nurturing family-based care. We would like to thank MoSVY and participants who engaged, including donors European Union in Cambodia and USAID Cambodia.
