Phnom Penh: from April 25-27 and 03 May, 2023, Family Care First (FCF) project, in cooperation with MoSVY and National Institution of Social Affair (NISA), conducted training with 32 para professional social service providers from Kandal. The training aimed to increase the capacity of the trainees to deliver social service to the most vulnerable children and adults in Cambodia, including children living with disabilities. This training is a first step in a nation-wide effort to strengthen the capacity of social service providers at national, provincial, district and commune level under the leadership of MoSVY, technical support from NISA, FCF/SCI, and UNICEF, with financing from USAID. The pre-test and post-test results indicated an average increase in knowledge from 31 to 81 percent.

- Supervision for Social Service Workforce
- SW and Child Protection in Humanitarian Action
- Engagement Skills
- Communication Skills
- Social Service Coordination, Networking, and Advocacy Skills
